All in-person sessions run 50 minutes. Classes run 50-60 minutes, depending on the format. Virtual sessions run 45 minutes.

Sticky socks must be worn in the studio.

Clients must wipe down equipment after use.

Full payment is required prior to scheduling.

Instructors for classes are subject to change without prior notification.

Clients must arrive 5 minutes prior to class or risk forfeiting their spot to a waitlisted client. 

Clients are not permitted to join a class if they are more than 10 minutes late.

Intermediate and Advanced Reformer classes require the studio's permission to join. 

Unlimited class packages are set to auto-renew. Clients may cancel anytime prior to a monthly or 3-month renewal. To cancel any auto-renew packages, email info@pilatesloftny.com. 

Unlimited class packages limit clients to one class per day.

All classes and sessions are subject to a 12-hour cancellation policy.​ Unlimited class packages are charged a $15 late-cancel fee for late cancellations. All other class and session packages are charged in full for late cancellations.  

Unlimited Packages and Intro Packages cannot be reactivated after expiration date.

Intro Packages expire 1 month after purchase. Packages of 5 and 10 classes or sessions expire 3 months after purchase.​ Packages of 20 classes or sessions expire 6 months after purchase.​ Packages of 50 classes or sessions expire 12 months after purchase.​

Expired packages of 5-50 classes or sessions can be reactivated for one month with a reactivation fee of $10. Packages may be reactivated three times before permanently expiring. A package can only be reactivated if expired within the last year.

Privates and Duet Sessions can be scheduled up to 4 hours before the desired time. To see availability within 4 hours, please call the studio. Sessions are by appointment only.​

Intro Packages expire 1 month after purchase. All other class and session packages expire 12 months after purchase.​

Gift Cards expire one year after purchase. Packages purchased with gift cards are subject to coordinating expiration dates.

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, extensions, or transfers on any purchased services.

Parking is available in the front of the building and the back of the building. There is also street parking directly across the street.
