The Comprehensive Course
The Pilates Loft 450-hour Comprehensive Pilates Course is geared to produce the industry’s top instructors. Our program covers both classical and contemporary methods of teaching on all Pilates apparatuses. Participants will learn teaching skills applicable to the real world and gain knowledge of anatomy, injuries, conditions, and prenatal considerations.

Spring 2026 Comprehensive Course
The prerequisite Pilates Loft Mat Course is scheduled to begin on January 24th. Participants who already have a mat certification may waive the prerequisite.
Additional hours outside of workshops are required for observation, self-practice, sessions, classes, and student teaching to be completed both in-studio and online.
Participants are given eight months to complete all required workshops, test-outs, and hours.

Comprehensive Course Cost
$5250.00

Includes all workshops, evaluations, sessions, workshop manuals, and access to the Pilates Loft studio to complete required hours during a 9-month period. Payment plans available on request.
Make-Up Workshops: $150.00 ea.
Meeting one-on-one with our senior instructors to go over missed material. Makeup workshops can only be used for up to 2 missed workshops in any given course.
Work/Study Options
Apply to earn your Comprehensive Certification through our Work-Study Program.
Work-Study hours are to be completed at the Pilates Loft front desk by answering phones, greeting clients, and scheduling appointments.
Applicants must be dependable and have excellent communication skills. A movement background is a plus.
Work-Study must be completed by end of the Comprehensive Course (an eight-month duration) to receive certifications.
Work-study hours are counted towards the certification's required observation/self-practice hours.
