Anna has been teaching Pilates since 2009. Before opening Pilates Loft, she owned and operated all three locations of Balanced Pilates in New York City from 2013-2020. Anna loves seeing clients stand taller, stretch deeper, and get stronger with every session.

Molly B.
Molly shares her love of movement by teaching classes that leave others feeling empowered. Homegrown in Ossining, NY, she received her 200hr Yoga certification in Bali in 2017. Molly was drawn to Pilates as a strengthening practice with an emphasis on alignment. Her intention is to make each class feel playful while fostering a mind-body connection.

Abby is a Manhattan based musician/ actress, Pilates instructor, and Ultramarathon athlete. She received her comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Pilates in 2018. Abby is passionate about introducing our community to the nuanced and purposeful practice of strength building and flexibility through Pilates.

Classically trained in Pilates and teaching Barre in Westchester since 2018. Jodie fell in love with both methods after realizing how therapeutic they were for the mind and body. Pilates and Barre allowed her to achieve an amazing workout while staying safe and she now shares this knowledge with her clients.

Emily is classically trained in Pilates and has been involved with exercise her whole life. She focuses on the connection between physical and mental well-being. Using her skills in innovation as a full-time software engineer, as well as her love for sports, Emily creates fulfilling and diverse experiences for her clients.

Classically trained in Pilates and dance, Scarlett is a lifelong fitness enthusiast. Pulling from her background in ballet instruction and theater performance, Scarlett loves to focus on technique and the individual needs of her clients, making sure they finish class feeling happier and stronger.

Nikki is a classically trained Pilates instructor dedicated to helping people achieve their goals, including turning their bodies into happy, healthy havens, both physically and mentally. Nikki is also a seasoned Yoga Instructor and believes the two practices complement each other.

Alena blends the fundamentals of Pilates with the insights gained from complementary courses in bodywork, mobility training, and gait analysis. Sessions with Alena incorporate unique perspectives into the Pilates method.

Dani’s love of movement started early as a dancer and athlete. She’s fully certified through the Ellie Herman Studio and Balanced Body. She’s taught in NY, NJ, Cape Cod, Mexico, and Dubai and has contributed articles for Pilates Style Magazine. She’s also a published author.

She believes that moving your body is the key to unlocking a state of lifelong physical and mental well-being. In addition to spending time on the mat, KC, can often be found logging miles of smiles on the run, or on the go with her husband and their 2 sons.
